Meet Wayne
As President of Beare Global Strategies, Wayne brings a wealth of experience and insight regarding international business and relations across many regions of the globe. He is an advocate of Economic Development as it promotes a greater quality of life and creates prosperity for communities.
Professional Background
He is currently working in the area of International Business, Government Relations, and Economic
Development. He served as the Executive Director of the African Chamber of Commerce of Dallas/Fort
Worth. He was an International Trade Specialist at the World Trade Center of Bogota, Colombia. He
also provided support as an International Trade Specialist, Intern, at the United States Department of
Commerce, International Trade Administration-US and Foreign Commercial Service. He is a member of
the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth. He engages trade ventures through the North Texas
District Export Council.
Educational Background
Fluent in Spanish, he earned a BA in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the
University of North Texas. He gained the Basic Economic Development Course Certificate through the
Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service office and International Economic Development Council. He
attended the Universidad de los Andes as a Study Abroad experience. Graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Relations focused on International Development from Norwich University
